FuelX is a state of the art electronic plug-in fuel-injection optimizer for modern engines. It autotunes the engine to its best operational parameters, constantly monitoring, learning and adapting to the engines condition, wear and tear, riding style, add-ons (such as air filter and/or exhaust), as well as the environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, altitude etc.
At Moto Marvel, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy for both defective and non-defective products under the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- The product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the delivery.
2. Exchanges
- Exchanges are not accepted. If you wish to return a product, you will receive a refund according to our policy.
3. Return Process
Customers can return the product using any of the following methods:
- By Mail – Ship the product back to our designated return address.
- At a Drop-off Location – Return the item at an authorized Moto Marvel drop-off center.
- In-Store Return – Visit our physical store to return the product.
4. Restocking Fees
- No restocking fees apply for returns.
5. Refund Processing
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
6. Important Notes
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
- Moto Marvel reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is found to be used, damaged, or missing original packaging and accessories.
