  • All orders placed on Moto Marvels are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • We offer standard shipping options for delivery across India.

3. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery time is within 5-10 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the delivery location.

4. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products ordered. Exact shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking:

  • Customers receive a tracking number via email/SMS once the order has been shipped. This allows you to track your order status and estimated delivery date.

6. Delivery Delays:

  • While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical issues may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

7. Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

8. Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

9. Partial Shipments:

  • In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages if items are sourced from different warehouses or suppliers. You will be notified in such instances.

10. International Shipping:

  • Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping services.

  • We partner with reputable courier services to ensure reliable and timely deliveries. However, we do not control delivery schedules and cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

12. Order Modifications:

  • Once an order is placed, modifications such as address changes or addition/removal of items cannot be guaranteed. Please contact customer service immediately for assistance.

13. Damaged Shipments:

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
