On the stock motorcycle, the side stand base is almost non-existent and is not ideal for adventure riding purposes. Hence, we have developed a side stand base that will make sure your BMW G310GS can be parked in any terrain you want. This product gives your motorcycle better leverage to stand since the base is large. This is an all-metal product that can be installed directly on the base of the stock side stand.
At Moto Marvel, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy for both defective and non-defective products under the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- The product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the delivery.
2. Exchanges
- Exchanges are not accepted. If you wish to return a product, you will receive a refund according to our policy.
3. Return Process
Customers can return the product using any of the following methods:
- By Mail – Ship the product back to our designated return address.
- At a Drop-off Location – Return the item at an authorized Moto Marvel drop-off center.
- In-Store Return – Visit our physical store to return the product.
4. Restocking Fees
- No restocking fees apply for returns.
5. Refund Processing
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
6. Important Notes
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
- Moto Marvel reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is found to be used, damaged, or missing original packaging and accessories.
