• The product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the delivery.

2. Exchanges

• Exchanges are not accepted. If you wish to return a product, you will receive a refund according to our policy.

3. Return Process

Customers can return the product using any of the following methods:

• By Mail – Ship the product back to our designated return address.
• At a Drop-off Location – Return the item at an authorized Moto Marvel drop-off center.
• In-Store Return – Visit our physical store to return the product.

4. Restocking Fees

• No restocking fees apply for returns.

5. Refund Processing

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

6. Important Notes

• Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
• Moto Marvel reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is found to be used, damaged, or missing original packaging and accessories.
